Men’s Sunday Basketball
Competitive Basketball League recommended to those with previous basketball experience. Typically the average player at this level could have college experience, high school varsity or even as low as ONLY having recreational basketball experience. However, they show a good understanding of basketball rules and terms associated with the sport.
Women’s Wednesday Basketball
The Intermediate-Rec Women’s Basketball League is designed for players who have some basketball experience and are looking for a fun, competitive, and inclusive environment. Whether you’ve played in high school, recreational leagues, or have a solid understanding of the game, this league is for you! Teams will compete in a relaxed, yet competitive format where skill development and teamwork are key.
