ATTENTION : POLICY CHANGE – Effective 11/1/2021
–To better serve our members, we have updated our policy. We have our scheduled Member Play times listed below that varies from season to season. Each week we will also monitor our court and field availability and add additional Member Play blocks. The blocks for the following Thursday-Wednesday will be available by 1pm on Wednesday of the current week.
Any time that is not already reserved for our programs or for our scheduled Member Play blocks will be reserved and available as private rental space only. If a member wishes to use a court or field outside of the scheduled member play times, they may call KEVA to inquire about privately rentals. The rental rates are listed under our rental tab.
There are regularly scheduled times listed below that are fairly consistent and updated each season. The times that are added on a weekly basis can be found by logging in to their DaySmart (formerly DASH) profile to check on additionally scheduled Member Play times. These times will only be available to see online. If a member calls in to Keva, we can walk you through logging into your account, but we will not be able to check these times for you.
We try our best to have schedules times available each month for each sport and age group. However, please remember that there are many sports and several age groups and that it may not be possible to have every option each week. This is especially true when there is little extra time available, such as during the winter months.
