Adult Volleyball Instructional – SPRING & SUMMER

Who? Recreational and Intermediate level players of all ages (18+) looking to improve their game and skills – plus get a workout!  No experience necessary.
When? Spring – Wednesdays:
**Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm (INDOORS)
March 20 – April 24 (6 classes)

**Spring – Thursdays:
Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm (INDOORS)
March 21 – April 25 (6 classes)

No class 5/27 or 7/1

May 21 – June 25 (6 classes)

Cost? $55 per session/day, plus valid membership.  Includes a T-Shirt!  Participants will also receive a coupon towards a future KEVA league registration

When do I have to register and how? Last day to register for the Spring session is Monday, March 18 or until full.
Last day to register for the Summer session is Friday, May 17 or until full.

What will I learn? Skills such as footwork, blocking, hitting, serving, as well as simple game strategy.  We’ll have you fill out a brief questionnaire prior to the first class to cater following classes to what each participant is looking to focus on.
What’s the format of the class? This hour class will feature skill development drills and tutorials with an emphasis on keeping participants active and engaged.
With a low participant to instructor ratio you can expect individualized attention.

Gym Shoes are the only equipment is necessary, knee pads optional but encouraged on passing/digging skills day.
