We make your birthday fun AND easy!

For your child’s next birthday, you can have 30 rambunctious kids come to your house, jump on your furniture, pull the cat’s tail, drop a heavily frosted cupcake and a glass of Hawaiian punch on your new rug. Or…. You could let them do all of this (minus the cat) at our place. Now that’s a great idea! Hosting your kids next birthday party at KEVA is what we call a “win-win.” You choose from our reasonably-priced birthday packages, pick the date and invite the guests. Then we do the rest, including providing an energetic coach to lead activities and the clean up after! We recommend calling at least one month in advance to book your party.  Flag Football is required on a field while most other sports can be played on a court.  Sports Available: Soccer, Basketball, Flag Football,T-Ball, Whiffle Ball, Floor Hockey, Balloon Tennis, Beachball Volleyball, Volleyball, Yard Games, Kickball, Dodgeball, Floor Scooters (put belly or bottom on), Relays, Parachute, Tag Games If you have questions or want to book a party Contact Kasey 662-7529  Non-members add on $35 to each birthday package. Or, purchase a family membership for only $30! Read more about memberships here.  Please keep in mind KEVA does not allow food or drink carry ins (with the exception of a dessert item with the basic package)

Basic KEVA Party

Choose from an Indoor Court party for $190 or an Indoor Field party for $240.  If you are not a member there is an additional $35 charge per party package.  Memberships available year round!

  • Includes up to 14 children ($5 extra per child)
  • 50 minutes of instructor lead game play (up to 3 sports)
  • 45 minutes of party room time
  • 3 pitchers of lemonade/sodas or 14 juice boxes
  • Mini frisbee and wristband for all guests (shown above)
  • We clean up! You bring the paper products and desserts
  • Includes a KEVA tshirt for the bday boy or girl

ADD ON:

  • Invitation Set ($12 total/ 16 invites and thank you cards)
  • Add on-Extend play for 20 minutes for $35
  • Add on-Bouncy Castle $85+tax or Inflatable Obstacle Course $150 + tax
  • If you have more than 18 children you are required to have 2 coaches for a fee of $25

You are welcome to bring in a dessert item however that is all we allow for carry in food or drink

Deluxe KEVA Party

Choose from an indoor Court party for $250 or an indoor Field party for $299. If you are not a member there is an additional $35 charge per party package.  Memberships available year round! Includes all items from our Basic party and:

  • Personalized cake (check out designs below)
  • Includes 14 kids ($5 extra per child)
  • Includes 16 invitations and thank you cards
  • All themed paper products and clean up!

ADD ON:

  • Add on-Extend play for 20 minutes for $35
  • Add on-Bouncy Castle $85+tax or Inflatable Obstacle Course $150 + tax

  • Another 4 kids, that’s 18 total! ($5 extra per child)
  • Popcorn for each child
  • Balloon bouquet
  • Unlimited drinks (soda, juice boxes, water)
  • 3 pizzas

If you cancel a party there is a 15% administrative fee if you cancel with more than 30 days notice if you cancel with less than 30 days notice there is a 50% administration fee.  If you need to move your party to a new date less than 30 days from the reservation date there is a $35 administrative fee.  A min of $50 will be assessed if you bring in any carry in food or drink (with the exception of the dessert item with the basic package)
